Did you find something strange?
If yes, you're rocking Korean!🔥
If no, you're still rocking Korean! 😎
The conversation here has nothing wrong, BUT you can sound more like a Native Korean just by eliminating "You," (너) and "I" (나) when you speak or write.
For example, Tina asked Namsu what he wants to eat (너 뭐 먹고싶어?), but he asked her the same question without "you." (뭐 먹을까?)
When Tina said she wants Tteokbokki (나는 떡볶이 먹고싶어), she could've just said "떡볶이 먹고싶어,"
(want tteokbokki) and it's implied that she is talking about herself.
Can you try changing the conversation to sound more natural?
(You can reply to me and I'll tell you how you did 👩🏫)
🌟 Takeaway: It sounds more natural when "I" (나) & "you" (너) aren't used when you're communicating in Korean. |
