What do you think, do you relate to your results? Are you ready to learn how to talk about MBTI in Korean? If so, keep reading!!! ❤️❤️❤️
How do you politely ask someone what their MBTI is? Well, it’s actually pretty similar to asking about other things like someone’s name or age. Some of you may know that the polite way to ask someone their name is:
🙎♂️ 성함이 어떻게 되세요? (seong-ham-e eo-ddeo-ge dwe-se-yo?)
1. 성함 means “name” and 어떻게 되세요 means “what is”
Now that we’ve reviewed how to ask what someone’s name is, we can just swap out the word for “name” which is 성함 and insert MBTI!
Therefore, the sentence you would use to ask someone their MBTI is:
🙎♂️ MBTI가 어떻게 되세요? (MBTI-ga eo-ddeo-ge dwe-se-yo?)
If you thought that was easy, answering this question is even easier! 😃
Just like the above example, you answer question the same as how you would tell someone your name! When you tell someone your name you say:
🙎♀️ 저는 ____ 입니다. (jeo-neun ____ im-ni-da)
You can literally just switch out the name for the MBTI type!
For example, I’m an ESFJ so I would say:
🙎♀️ 저는 ESFJ 입니다! (jeo-neun ESFJ im-ni-da)
simple enough right?!😎
