01. 짱 (jjang)

This is a classic slang that you guys HAVE to know because it is used in so many conversations & in so many different contexts~!

짱 basically means the 'best' or 'amazing'

Here are some ways that you can use it:

짱 재밌어 (jjang je-mit-sseo)
- this means "the best" + "fun" AKA "the most fun"
얼짱 (eol-jjang)
- this is a combination of 얼굴 (face) and 짱 and basically means "amazing face" which is lowkey a slang in and of itself!
"짱이다!"
- this is just a way of using it in a sentence which means "that's the best!" or "that's amazing"

Honestly can't wait for you guys to use this because it's going to make you sound so native hehe ❤️ Hope that helped!!!!

02. 꿀잼 - 노잼 (kkul-jaem, no-jaem)

We have done this one before but I think it would be helpful to learn the two different terms together so let's review it together~!!!

꿀잼 is a combination of "honey" which is 꿀 and 잼있어 which means "it is fun"

basically it means super fun & is synonymous with 짱 재밌다!

노잼 on the other hand is a combination of "no" and "잼있어"

if you can guess this basically means "no fun"

These two terms are used pretty commonly to describe things. For example, you can say the concert was so fun! "공연이 진짜 꿀잼이였어!!!" or switch it out for 노잼 too. And you don't necessarily have to use it in a sentence. Say that your friend made a joke which was super UNFUNNY you can just reply "노잼ㅋㅋ"

TRUST me people are going to think you're korean HAHAH

03. 금사빠 (geum-sa-ppa)

This one is a little more complicated because it combines three different terms

(a classic Korean slang)

Let's break it down:

금: 금방 (geum-bang - suddenly)
사: 사랑 (sa-rang - love)
빠: 빠진다 (bba-jin-da - fall)

Basically this term is used to describe someone who falls in love suddenly or quickly! If your friend is so delulu that every time they see someone good looking on the train that they fall in love with them, you would call them a 금사빠!

This is exclusively used to talk about a person so keep this in mind that you can't really use this as a verb!!!!
