This is honestly such a good question because, actually, there is NO such thing as "bless you" in Korean! When someone sneezes there is nothing that you say and therefore there would really be no response to it!! Weird rightt?!!! When I studied abroad for 4 years in Canada and came back to Korea I started feeling SO WEIRD when I sneezed and no one said anything HAHA 😋 Hope that answered your question!
