In the bustle of our daily lives, it’s really hard to give ourselves credit for all the things we’re doing. While it might seem like you’re not meeting your goals, remember that life is a marathon, not a race! 🐎 Those small steps that you're taking everyday are important too! Which is why I always write down even the smallest things. I have accomplished because it helps to look back and remember that I am doing something to meet my goals (even if they’re not as huge). 😎
