Use THIS Korean slang to describe an academic weapon ✍️
❤️ Hello Everyone !!!! ❤️
Hope you're all doing well and learning lots and lots of Korean with Teuida!
Let's get right into this week's issue of Teugether! ☺️
What's the trend in Korea this week?! 🇰🇷
I know we talked about this last week but Kany's trend is STILL trending and people have been doing the dance. I think it's so funny so let's learn what shes actually saying! ❤️
매끈매끈하다 = smooth
평평하다 = flat
울퉁불퉁하다 = bumpy
This is a perfect example of the terms that repeat in Korean! Yes of course you could say 매끈하다 but its repeated to show that it's an extreme level of smoothness. Same with flat and bumpy!!! This is such a good way to learn Korean lol I want to make a song out of all of these 🤣
It's my finals season right now so in honor of that let me teach you this slang~ ❤️
The first part of the slang 갓 (gat) stands for the english word "God" and 생 (seng) is the shortened form of 인생 (inseng) which means life! 😋
Basically, this slang means living like a "God" not literally but in the sense that you're life is impressive and to live a "갓생" means you're working hard and doing everything you should be doing 😎 (an impressive life)
